One account, separate client inventories
Codes belong to the brand and are issued for that brand's products, so they should never end up on another client's units. In T-Code Manager each client has its own products and codes. Your team picks the client, scans and prints. No shared spreadsheet where one client's codes sit next to another's.
Print on scan, at every station
Scan by ASIN, UPC, SKU or FNSKU, enter the quantity and print. Codes are marked used as soon as the label file is created, so two stations can't print the same code. Unlimited users means every packer gets a login.
Show clients their own stock
Send a brand a share link to a read-only view of its code inventory, with an optional password. Client usage reports show what you applied for each client, and low-stock alerts tell you to ask for more codes before a job stalls.
Proof of what went where
Every print job and FBM dispense is logged with who ran it, when, the product and the shipment or order reference you enter. When a brand asks what went on last Tuesday's pallet, you can show them.
