Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial for up to 25 ASINs. No credit card required.

What happens when the trial ends?

The app shows a reminder as your trial runs down. Pick a plan under Settings, Billing to keep printing. After the trial ends you get a 3-day grace period to subscribe before the account locks.

Do you charge per label or per user?

No. Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited label prints. You pay one flat monthly price.

What counts as an ASIN?

Each product you track in T-Code Manager counts as one ASIN toward your plan limit. The Warehouse / 3PL plan has no limit.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing is 20% off. Choose Annual when you pick your plan at checkout in the app, and you are billed once a year.

How do I pay?

By credit or debit card through Helcim, our payment processor. You can cancel any time from Settings, Billing.

Does it work with ShipStation?

Yes, for FBM orders. Dispense the codes for an order in T-Code Manager and paste them into ShipStation or Seller Central. Each code is marked used when it is dispensed and logged with the order ID you enter.
